Weekly Trash Pickup Schedule

​

  • Waste Pro picks up trash only (gray can) on Fridays.

  •  They pick up yard waste (brown can) and optional recycles (blue can) on Thursdays.

  • Cans should be placed at the curb by 7:00 A.M. on scheduled pick up days.

  • Please keep your cans in the garage or out of sight except for pick up days.

  • Please try to avoid leaving cans out overnight since we have bears and coyotes that sometimes visit our neighborhood.

 

 

All Residents Must Use Waste Pro Services

Fairways residents use WastePro services exclusively per a Community vote taken 11/2022.  Since we have a private drive there is a benefit to Fairways in that we can limit the number of heavy trucks using the pavement for which we are responsible.

How to get new trash,yardwaste, and recycle bins:

If you are new in the neighborhood, call (850) 365-1900 to have your trash and recycle cans delivered.

Yard Waste Pick Up  Guidelines

​

Please observe Waste Pro guidelines for prep and placement of yard waste:

  • Do not use garbage or recycling can.  Use the brown can provided by Waste Pro or in bundles less than 50 pounds each

  • Place bagged, bundled, or canned debris within two feet of curb, away from street.

  • Bundles must be secured with twine or string, No metal wires or other material not listed will be permissible for securing bundles.

  • Cut limb should not exceed 6’L & 16”D, should be TIED in bundles, and weigh less than 50 pounds.

  • No yard waste, including cart itself and its contents, shall exceed 150 pounds.

  • You may contact waste Pro (850)365-1900 to arrange for bulk yard waste service for additional charge of $25. per cubic yard/

Bulk / Appliances

​

Waste Pro will provide bulk waste collection service weekly for a current customer who has subscribed for solid waste service.  Bulk waste service is limited to two (2) cubic yards per pick-up. Call Waste Pro (850) 365-1900

Bulk waste collection includes:

  • Furniture ( sofa, chair, mattress, box springs)

  • White goods ( washer, dryer, hot water heater, refrigerator)

  • Building material and construction/demolition debris will not be collected as a bulk waste pickup.  

  • Bulk waste should be placed by the curb by 7:00 AM on the scheduled collection day, at least three feet from any other object.  if possible, bulk waste should not be placed under tree limbs or wires to allow adequate clearance for collection equipment.

2024 Holiday Schedule

 

 

Waste Pro will not provide service on the following holidays:
New Year’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

 

If service should fall on any of the above holidays, Waste Pro will provide service on the next day. Services will be provided one day behind for the remainder of the week

 

For Example:
Memorial Day falls on a Monday, which means Monday service will be provided Tuesday, Tuesday service will be provided Wednesday, Wednesday service provided on Thursday, etc.
