As we all know too well, Fairways' roads are narrow and easily congested. There is not adequate parking for garage/estate sales.  Recent concerns about the possibility of such sales have prompted the Fairways Board Directors to institute guidelines with Homeowner input to, hopefully, make the experience easier for all concerned.

Covenant 13.1 states " No Owner may permit any portion of the Community to be used for the sale of goods of any kind, whether through a garage sale, yard sale or otherwise unless prior written approval is given by the Board of Directors."

The FHOA Secretary should receive the signed request form at least two weeks before any garage/estate sale.  Your agreement to adhere to the guidelines presented in the request form is imperative to maintain safety on our streets and minimize inconvenience to other Homeowners.
